What fence cleaning covers
Fence cleaning is for wood and vinyl fences that have turned green, gray or black. That color usually comes from mildew, algae and dirt that settle into the surface, mostly on shaded sections and the lower boards near the ground. We clean the face of the boards, the posts and the rails, on one side or both.
Our method is a soft wash. We apply a cleaning solution at low pressure that kills the growth, then rinse it away. Soft wood and painted wood do not hold up to high pressure, so we keep the pressure low. You get a cleaner fence with the grain still intact.

What to expect and when to book
On the day, we need access to your gate and an outdoor water spigot. We wet your plants first, clean the fence section by section, and rinse everything when we finish. The fence will be damp for a while after. If you plan to stain or seal, wait until the wood is fully dry.
A good time to book is when you first notice green or dark streaks, before the growth spreads.
