Sebastian's Washing Services cleans driveways, sidewalks, walkways and other concrete around your home. We pre-treat stains, then pressure wash with a rotary surface cleaner so the finish comes out even, not striped. We are insured, and quotes are free.

What driveway and concrete cleaning covers

This service covers the flat concrete around your home. That means the driveway, the sidewalk out front, walkways to the door, and other concrete paths and pads. Concrete is porous, so dirt, tire marks, oil and mildew settle into it over time. A garden hose will not pull that out.

Concrete gets pressure washed, not soft washed. Soft washing is for siding and roofs. For flatwork, we pre-treat stains, then use a rotary surface cleaner. It covers ground fast and leaves one even color instead of patchy lines. We finish edges and corners by hand and rinse everything clean, including the curb and the plants along the borders.

What to expect on the day and when to book

Please move cars off the driveway the night before and make sure an outdoor spigot works. You do not need to be home. The concrete will look darker while it is wet and lighten as it dries. Give it a little time before you park on it again.

We had our huge driveway cleaned plus both the front and back porch, the siding + garages, and beams of our house cleaned. Algae, mold, pollen, water staining - all gone. I have major allergies and feel like I can enjoy my porches again. Windows and screens was a small add on and I’m glad we included, you can’t even see the screens anymore! Do I need to be home while you clean my driveway?

Usually not. If we have access to an outdoor water spigot and the cars are moved off the driveway, we can do the work while you are out.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete?

Concrete handles pressure washing well when it is done with the right tool. A rotary surface cleaner keeps the nozzle at a set height, which gives an even clean without gouging the surface.

Can you get oil stains out of my driveway?

We pre-treat oil stains before washing, which lifts a lot of the staining. Older stains that have soaked deep into the concrete may fade a great deal but not vanish completely.

Will the cleaning solution hurt my lawn or flower beds?

We pre-wet the plants along the edges before we start and rinse them again when we finish. That keeps the solution diluted and off your landscaping.

Do you also clean sidewalks and front walkways?
