High pressure can force water behind siding or strip paint, so we keep it gentle. Roof Cleaning works the same way. Roofs never get high pressure. The solution breaks down the black streaks and lichen that grow in shaded spots, and the roof is rinsed clean.
Driveway & Concrete Cleaning: Concrete and pavers can take more force. We pressure wash flatwork with a rotary surface cleaner, which gives an even finish without stripes. Oil, rust and organic stains get pre-treated first. After cleaning, sealing can help protect concrete and pavers from water and stains.
Deck & Patio Cleaning: Decks under trees collect leaves, pollen and mildew. Composite boards and soft wood need low pressure so the surface does not splinter or scar. Stone and concrete patios are cleaned like the driveway, with stains treated before the wash.
How quoting and cleaning day work
Quotes are free. The easiest way is to send a few photos of the areas you want cleaned, plus your address. That lets us look at the surfaces, check for problem stains and give you a clear price before anyone shows up. We work Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, so evening and weekend times are possible.
On the day of the job, we start by wetting and covering nearby plants and landscaping. We clean each surface with the right method, then rinse the plants again when we finish. You do not need to be home as long as we can use an outdoor water spigot and reach the work areas. We will check in when we arrive and let you know when we are done.
